We work around remaining staff, we use the loading path you name, and we do not block ADA routes. Floors, glass, and neighboring suites are treated as occupied space even during a cleanout.
Recycling
Office furniture has donation and scrap value: metal desks, filing cabinets, and cubicle frames. Electronics from the office go through e-waste. Cardboard is broken down. A commercial cleanout should not be a single landfill dump.

- Saturday is on the clock. Sunday we are closed. Same-day Saturday is often available.
- Can you invoice a business?
- Yes. Ask when you book. Payment is due when the job is finished.
- Do you take cubicle systems?
- Yes. Panels, desks, and chairs. Photos help us count volume.
- Is office e-waste included?
- Computers and monitors can go on the same job and are recycled as e-waste.
