Hours
Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Sunday closed. Same-day often available. After-hours texts are answered the next business morning.
Quotes and booking
Send photos or a list by text. You can also use the Junk Removal Cost Calculator or the price list. The number you accept before we load is the amount you pay. Labor, hauling, and disposal are included in that quote.
Day of the job
We text when we are on the way. Curbside jobs can be staged if you are not home. Full-service means you point and we carry items from inside, the second floor, or the backyard. We sweep the load-out path before we leave.
Changes, delays, and complaints
Need to move a window or cancel? Text or call as soon as you know. If something is wrong with the job, tell Fred the same day so we can make it right. Property care questions go to the same number — we do not use a ticket queue.
What we will not haul
Paint, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, and other hazardous materials are not on our truck. If a photo shows something we cannot take, we will say so on the quote instead of showing up and failing. See what we haul.
